Hi there, could anyone help me out with these 2 questions?
I am holding a 2-year work permit and I wanna renew it for another 2 years.
They are questions that I need to answer in the work permit application form.

Question D6: You must provide evidence about your character. Tick to confirm what evidence you have provided.
[] I have attached policy certificates from my country or countries of citizenship, and
I will get the policy certificate from my own country.
[] I have attached policy certificates from all countries I have lived in for five years or more since the age of 17.
During the past 5 years, I’ve been staying in NZ for study and work. I flew home, visiting my hometown for 1 month in March this year.
I remember when I applied for my 1st time work permit, I did not submit NZ policy certificate. For this time, do you think I need to get the policy certificate from any NZ police station?


Question E1: Do you have national identity number or other unique identifier that was issued to you by any government?
[] Yes. National Identity number/unique identifier.....................................
I renewed my Chinese passport in Chinese embassy here in AKL, so on my passport, it does not print any national ID.
Do I need to give info of my national ID on the application form, even though I actually have one issued from my own city?
[] No

1) A NZ police cert is not necessary; it will be provided for him
2)If he has a natonal ID, that is good enough

Hi, there is info I need to fill in the work permit application form:
Applying for a work visa/permit. Provide details:
Date you will arrive in New Zealand  _ _ _ _ _  Question 1: What date should I write?  I am already in New Zealand.
Date you will finally depart New Zealand _ _ _ _ _  Question 2: What date should I write?

Question 3: Provide reasons you need a multiple entry visa.  
What is the best reason I need to give?
My reason is to travel. I may travel outside of NZ in the future using my annual leaves. I can’t tell now whether it is single journey or multiple. But I wanna get a multiple just in case. I am afraid it is not sufficient enough to get a multiple entry visa. What is the best reason I need to give?
