Scantron Cards
If you are required to answer all or part of your examination on a scantron card, please ensure you are familiar with the following instructions well in advance of your examination.

Use a 2B or 3B pencil – preferably one that is not sharp. It is easier to make readable marks when the pencil is slightly blunt.

Do not hole-punch or staple the card in any way. The card must not be attached to the script book or other document. The cards will be collected separately.

NAME, SUB JEC T, PAPER NUMBER and DATE at the top of SIDE 1
Write your ID number in the boxes provided and mark the corresponding number in the grid below.
TEST VERSION - always mark A unless indicated otherwise.
Ensure that the marks are clear and dark, as light marks may not read and are recorded as if the response was omitted.
When the supervisor announces that you may commence writing your answers:

Use a heavy horizontal line to make your selection. Completely fill the rectangle for the appropriate letter.
Do not use a tick, vertical line, dot or circle to mark your answer.
Erase any changes made. Smudged marks will read as a multiple response and will be marked as incorrect.
