但新政策不是capital gain/loss tax, 征收的是个人所得税. 新西兰还没有正式的capital gains tax. 你觉得引用"OZ" tax rule来讨论一个新西兰不存在的tax合适吗?

投资房产有亏损是可以抵税的, 所以我只是猜想这个也可以. 但是否真的可以以及怎么操作要等政府接下来宣布的细节了.
