The company is currently recruiting a part-time office assistant. Current students are welcome.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & listening skills.
High level of computer literacy, proficient in MS office especially Excel.
Attention to detail & willingness to learn new things.
Ability to meet deadlines & ability to multitask.
Good social media skills. WeChat, Weibo, FB, Instagram etc.
Fluent in Chinese& English (verbal & written) and able to speak Cantonese is preferred.
Having knowledge in Marketing is an asset but not essential
Internet research skills
Good time management skills
Responsibilities:
Administrative and communicative support to Director
Maintaining databases, costings, sales analysis, and monthly reports
Update socialmedia platform
Support customers
Follow up online platform orders.
Warehouse management
Qualities:
A positive can-do attitude
Able to adapt to change when things do not work
Able to learn a new way of doing things, proactive
Resourceful, honest, dependable, and reliable
