I got an Otara, 645m free hold, house, brick & tile, for 572K in 2016.
Didn't sell it in 2018/2019
The market price for it is now 780K, Residential-Mixed Housing Urban, all connections on site.
I was suggesting people with limited budget to buy Otara as start up investment and move up, but no one was listing to me at that time... |
