Dude, You 've only listed the money thing so if that's the only thing to compare then it's a no brainer - I'm sure you can count.

No one can give you the perfect answer coz you know your situation best. I'd take quite a few into consideration. Say -you can afford to take bigger risks when you are young and single so don't muck around...Grow up...

Good points, Sorry i didnt mention too much about the two jobs apart from money, mainly because IT in auckland is a small world, and I havnt resign yet, so dont want to give away too much details. Hope you guys can understand

But I think I can at least say a few things about the role in Aus. It is a small consultancy company, around 20 to 25 people, specialised in providing consultancy services to insurance industry in Aus, they hire BA, Project manager, technical consultants, and recently they are gearing up for a major multi year system implementation project for an insurance company in Melbourne, so they need 4 or 5 technical consultant with the specific skills.
