I understand what you are saying here, but don't agree with you totally. I don't think it's the right way to treat dog as you said you'll give the dog away if your BF doesn't like it,  don't you think it's unfair? This shouldn't happen, because problems like that will have to be solved before you adopting a puppy, such as are you planning to have a baby? are you going to move to overseas? what about the others opinions in your family and so on. Once you made your decision, take your responsibilities, look after them well, otherwise please don't bring pets home.

First of all, my husband didn't force me to give up my dog, he loves my dog although lack of patience sometimes because of physical discomfort, but I understood his feeling, so I always try best to looking for some solutions to help my husband adapting this living environment.

People can choose the life style according to his love, but animals have to accept the fate that people imposed on them, like my dog cannot choose his fate (stay in NZ or go back to China) according his wish.

Thanks for the wish. I gave my dog to a nice old kiwi couple who live in a lifestyle block. I knew my dog is much loved, I aways miss him though.

Thanks for the wish. I gave my dog to a nice old kiwi couple who live in a vineyard. I knew my dog is much loved by new owners and lives a better life, I always miss him though.
I agree with you that we have different solutions when encountering problems, but the point is I love my partner so much that I would give away my life if it's nessary let alone a dog.
All I need to do is to find a good new home for the dog.

谢谢楼上几位的回复，我这段时间连着四天做梦梦到我家宝贝了，每次梦到都是他脏兮兮的，瘦瘦的，特别可怜，搞的我每天早上起来都想哭。昨天晚上又梦到他被绳子紧紧的缠着，在一个很高的塔顶上，看到我在下面，他就哀声的叫着，然后我就很艰难的爬到塔顶把他抱下来。小家伙在国内生活的挺幸福的，可是不知道我为什么就总是做梦梦到他受苦不开心呢，也不知道我是怎么了？？？

昨天晚上给家里打电话，姐姐叫宝贝来听电话，结果宝贝跑过来对着话筒舔了两下，然后叫了两声，听到我的声音，小家伙的耳朵一竖一竖的，他知道是我在电话的这一头，唉，打这些字的时候又掉眼泪了，我咋那么没出息呢！
