Hi 爱情有几斤zhong,

1. points allocation for work experience in NZ  could be offered as long as the qualification is an important elements in you securing the job offer.
2. Yes, leve 5 qualification for the partner can give you 20 points provided that you two have been living together for at least 12 months, and that if required by INZ, evidence of IELTS 6.5.
3. pre-school teacher is required to be registered with Teaching Council, if it is your case, the you can certainly ask for the points for the offer of employment.

Hi Auckland2008,
Work permit and residence application technically have no relevance as they are processed under different policy criteria.

Basically what you have quoted above has explained to you hos skilled employment is to be assessed.  Be mindful there are more than 7000 job titles in NZ but only 500 of them can be said to be "skilled employment".

If you are confident the job tasks essentially match with the recognised one on ANZSCO then feel free to submit your EOI. Quoting job task is often popular in describing how your job duties is skilled.

还有个问题是：如果我父母申请了旅游签证，批准后多久必须来啊？就是问这个旅游签证有效期是多久啊？是3个月吗？

Hi, Mark, 我的情况如下：我大专毕业后找到对口的工作并办理工签，不到一年后辞职。公司通知移民局取消我的工作签证，本人没有不良记录。我回国后如果发现情况不如理想的话，我可以重新申请语言学校的学生签重新进入新西兰吗？ 如果语言学校的offer不能让移民局信服的话，在申请本科的offer的情况下，移民局会让我回来吗？
PS: 本人的最终目的是重新在本地找工作并申请PR, 谢谢

yes, there is a seperate form to be filled in.

Hi Man570068,

yes as long as you fulfill the requirment of a work permit under the general work permit policy, ie, there is no local resident or citizen is able to undertake the job as advertised by the employer.

Yes it could be done at the front counter.

They could finalise the application at same day services.

There is a requirement that you must have $30,000 income per year to qualify as a sponsor under parent category.

since you are supporting the parent application, then you are required to reside in NZ for the most of the time, then you better support your husband to come to NZ on temporary visa then lodge residence application here in NZ so that living together component can be met.

It is roughly about one years after lodgment

there will be three months after the visa is issued to allow your parents to enter NZ on that visitor visa.

why Not Anova! As long as you had not breached the conditions of your permit when you were in NZ, then it is is presumed you a genuine tempoary permit holder and comply with the conditions of the permit granted then you have every confidence to return on temporary visa.

Hi Mark,
Firstly just give a bit of background information about myself. I finished my study quite a while ago and I am currently holding a conditional 2 years work visa under graduates work permit policy. However my job can only give me work permit not PR as it is not classified as a skilled employment according to the new policy effective since February. So I have to apply PR under family category – partnership. My partner is a KIWI and we have been living together for more than 2 years and also have lots of evidence to approve the relationship.
My question is:-
When I applied my 2 years work visa last year, I did not clarify the partnership in my application as I did not realise it is that important. I am not quite sure if it will affect my application for PR now or not. I see several people have been declined their application as their sponsor did not declare the partnership when they applied their own PR under skilled category. I know their case is a little different from mine, because my partner is a KIWI and not get PR under skilled category. I am still a bit worried.
Also could you please advise to me normally how long will take if I apply PR under partnership?

Hi Precast,

Not to worry too much!
First, he was not the one who obtained residence and did not not decare you when he applied for residence - problem with F2.15.i.
Secondary, you MAY be asked to expain why he was not declared in your application for work permit form. A reasonable explanation can excuse you being attacked.
What i am saying is that your siuation is different from a sponsor who obtained residence not declaring their partners.
It generally takes about one year for an application to be finalised.

It depends on the work load of the case officer, but generally speaking, it is about one to one and a half years.
