Revolving credt , you should have a chat with good mortgage broker. I am not an expert.

If you have rental property , you need to read Kris Pedersen Avoid one bank trap. if you do not know why , ask him. You need to focus on getting the best structure and then best mortgage rate. Sometimes you want both but it is very hard to get both. For me I will go for the best strucutre(ask people who has more than 5 properties at least) that will let me borrow more money and have the largest RC just in case I lost my job I have a buffer.
