请问你是7月什么时候递交的？在哪里呢？

如果是北京递交的, 可以打电话过去,不要只问前台,他们不懂.直接让他们转到senior经理那去问，我们打过去过，虽然也没有起什么作用，他们也说不出什么，但是打得人多了，投诉多了，他们也就该重视了。不用怕得罪他们，我们都是正当的申请。

你 好 我是2011 12月10 号递交的.   在这边递交的.但好像是寄回去北京了..本来说是到香港的.后来香港不做团聚移民了
是可以把名字加上去吗?  也不知道什么时候能批了.

刚刚收到移民局的电子邮件，重申处理时间了可能要延长的五年。他们怎么能这样呢，太不负责任了。

I just called immigration BEIJING branch, they are currently dealing with the Feb 2011 applications.

刚刚收到移民局的电子邮件，虽然还是按照老的政策执行，但是受理时间有可能延长至5年。我是去年5月北京递交的，真够倒霉的。

我也是刚刚才收到EMALL,他们这样做实在太不公平了，这一年多不是白等了吗？还有看到人家7月份交的都补交材料了，为什么我们4月份的还没有消息啊？

请问你是在哪里知道他们会在11月份前处理完4月递交的申请的哪？
我是四月递交申请的，但刚刚收到emall,说需要等待最长五年的时间，这不是自相矛盾的说法吗？移民局那帮人脑子都TMD进屎了，出来的政策都不经过大脑吗？真得很想骂人{:8_405:}

政府不守信，说变就变，至少把你曾经答应的要做到，否则怎能取信于民？18-24个月怎能突然变成5年？太不公平了！新政策我们不反对，至少你原来的承诺要实现。

我也刚收到Email.说可能延长到五年。四月中旬让我补过材料，但就没下文了。我想改递T1，又不清楚怎样操作。

However, the queue for existing Parent Category applications could be up to five years. The exact time it will take to process your application depends on the numbers of Tier One Expressions of Interest submitted and when you lodged your application.或者你已经有CO了。就不用五年。

去年7月交上去的，就说不会影响，会延迟，两个字等吧

我去年6月交的。但Email意思不是说可能需要等待五年吗，但愿是理解错了。

We are contacting you to let you know that changes to New Zealand’s Parent Category will come into effect on 30 July 2012. We received your application before this date so these changes will not affect the requirements you need to meet, however it is likely that your application will take longer to process. The purpose of this email is to let you know about your options for your residence application.



What’s changing?

From 30 July 2012, people wishing to apply for residence under the Parent Category will need to submit an Expression of Interest and be invited to apply before they are able to make an application. The new system will have two tiers with different requirements. Tier One applications under the new Parent Category will be processed first. Your application and any Tier Two applications will be assessed after all Tier One applications.



How does this affect me?

We have accepted your application for a resident visa under the previous Parent Category, so you do not need to submit an Expression of Interest.  We will continue to process the application you have already submitted. However, the queue for existing Parent Category applications could be up to five years. The exact time it will take to process your application depends on the numbers of Tier One Expressions of Interest submitted and when you lodged your application.



What can I do?

If you meet the requirements for Tier One, you can choose to submit an Expression of Interest for consideration under the new Parent Category.  You will need to submit a completed Parent Category Expression of Interest Form (INZ 1202) and will need to pay a fee of NZ$420 for the Expression of Interest.  The fee for any resulting application will be waived and your previous application will lapse. If you apply under Tier Two you will not be eligible for this fee waiver.



Tier One requirements

To qualify for residence under Tier One you will need to meet one of these financial requirements:

    Have a sponsor (or sponsor’s partner) who earns $65,000 per annum or whose income is $90,000 per annum when combined with their partner, or
    Have a guaranteed lifetime minimum income of at least $27,203 per annum or $39,890 per annum if your partner is included or
    Bring at least NZ$ 500,000 in settlement funds to New Zealand.

You will also need to meet health, character and English language requirements and have no dependent children.
