Yes and no. It depends on the reason behind the recording. If you are recording without consent while having sexual activity so that you can show record to someone else or selling it. That's against the law. If you being raped, you can't physically push the person away, and that the only way is to record down what happened for evidence purpose. that will be tested at court. You are not black mailing the person, but to provide the evidence to police. So it's not breaking the law. There is no straight forward answer to this. |
