更新,Trademe要把我的信息披露给卖方以便她提起诉讼,下面是邮件原文:
We have received a statutory declaration from the seller of this trade requesting your name and address so that they can pursue disputes tribunal proceedings.
In accordance with Principle 11(e)(iv) of the Privacy Act 1993, we have the discretion to disclose information about another member if it is deemed necessary for tribunal proceedings that are either in progress or in reasonable contemplation.
We take the privacy of our members seriously. We require any members intending to pursue tribunal proceedings in order to resolve a trade dispute to make a statutory declaration that they need the information of the other party for the sole purpose of initiating tribunal proceedings.
I wanted to get in touch with you before we released any of your details given this trade happened some time ago.
Ideally, the issues the seller has would be resolved between the two of you outside of the tribunal as it is a pretty arduous process.
Due to the nature of the issue, if you're unable to come to a mutual agreement with the seller, it may be best that the issue be heard by the Disputes Tribunal for a legal ruling to the matter.
If you wish to get in touch with the seller to address the issues they have with the item then please let me know by:
- 12pm Monday 15 June 2020
If I do not hear from you by then I will process the buyer's statutory declaration and disclose your name and address so that they can file proceedings. |
