不是每次next move都是correct move 今年2月被某大公司解雇了 请教会计前辈们怎么办好？

请问finance - transactional side是什么来的 你的大学成绩是不是很好啊

transactional accounting 就是類似payment processing, AR/AP那一類的工作
在大的corporate, such as vodafone, mercury energy, they have a huge finance team. AR可能就有幾十人, 和SME非常不一樣
他們單單processing incoming payment那個team就有十幾個人
這些工作可能很枯燥, but look at it as a springboard.
it could be the first step to help you get into the corporate environment.
想要進去corporate當accountant, 他們其實很注重你有沒有corporate experience.
如果你現在不想繼續再在SME工作, 試試看找大公司的AR/AP做做看, 然後再看有沒有其他的assistant accountant的機會

我同意樓上其他同學的意見, 中介其實沒什麽不好的, 有時候他們會給很多很有用的意見, 例如你的cv和你的interview
還有就是我大學成績非常一般, 我至今沒有被人要過transcript.

面试一回事,工作是另一回事.毕竟面试更多是口头上的,工作是实际做事,解决一个一个具体的问题.

1. 总结一下过去三个月自己的工作状态,是否真的有什么问题,以至于被解雇.
2. 根据总结的结果,调整自己,或者学习,或者接着找

好的 我试试跟中介说我找AR/AP的 先积累corporate的經驗 以後有機會再跳 我大學成績也不好 面試中要努力掩飾自己的缺點

一般如果大公司没留你，说明你的技能确实没有到达平均水平，一般录取了，只要不是特别不行的一般不会不留，这边的人事也都很简单。

建议你还是多练练再找，一般大公司都会要reference，还得是有真功夫不然别人不会给你reference的，就算给了不说好话照样不行。

還有請問妳做AR/AP之前只做了Accounts Assistant 那怎麼知道如何做Assitant Accountant的東西呢 請指教

瞎扯，这些经验哪里是经验了，做1个AP／AR是1个经验值，做1天AP／AR，算你效率高做了100个，不过是把data entry的1个经验值重复了100遍，你做1个月，只不过是1天的经验重复20天罢了，你做一辈子AP／AR也还是只是个data entry

这个专门向的其实对累积经验更不好，等于是流水线上的工人

我想她的意思是要我去corporate熟悉她們的工作環境吧 再找corporate的assistant accountant吧 一下子从sme的assistant跳大的assistant accountant有点太快了吧

It could be LZ's attitude is that I need to be 'trained' before undertaking an assigned task as oppose to actively taking on tasks and and learn on the job. To be fair all company's processes & systems are different, just because you had accounts assistant or assistant accountant in your title doesn't mean much.

嗯 我也同意妳的說法 因為SME一直給我太多的training 我也太依賴別人去教我 而不是自己去解決問題 尤其是剛進去的時候什麼都不會 就會慢慢失去了自己解決問題的信心

找你朋友做refence啊，这还不简单，洋人都这么干的。。。。绝对不能提，直接还说你还在之前的工作干呢。。。然后找你过去同事做refence，太简单了吧。。。

我的第一份accounts assistant工作因爲是在SME, 所以什麽都要做
From AR/AP, tax, GST returns, to budget/forecasting, P&L analysis
So I had the experience of doing the end-to-end process of the whole finance department.
然後我大學一畢業之後就開始考CPA, 當我得到assistant accoutant那份工作的時候我已經只剩下最後一張paper就fully qualify了

我建議你可以從大公司的AR/AP開始做是因爲:
1. big corporate的finance不容易進, 很多時候accountant的position一出來就被internal的人先拿到了, 所以第一步可以先做AR/AP, at least you have made into the finance team already.
2. 之前也說過了, corporate的AR/AP和SME很不一樣. You might get to do payment runs, which is compeletely different to just doing online banking when you are in a SME. Or you may get a chance to do some reporting some stuff where you don't really get these chances in a SME.

Again, I think it's important that you learn how to sell yourself at an internview.
You need show them your ultimate goal is to be an accountant, not just a AR/AP person and you are willing to learn.
I am sure once you have made into the corporates, they might help you to find opportunities for advancement.
還有就是我發現很多big corporates比較願意請partly qualify or studying towards CPA/CA的人

太感谢你的建议了 我现在也努力在找corporate的AR/AP roles 请问除了seek 有什么渠道可以找到呢 谢谢你啊

还有之前我在sme当assistant的时候做的P/L都是外部会计做的 我很少有机会接触 这样会不会以后即使能去corporate做accountant也会像之前一样被说skill不够 因为sme的时候很多东西都是外部会计自己做的 轮不到我做
