our company got rid of bonus scheme 2-3 years ago. In the old days, the more senior a role is, the more bonus they are entitled to (performance based), e.g.:
- Level2 engineer, STI = 7% of salary
- Senior engineer, STI = 10% of salary
- tech lead/entry level manager, STI = 15% of salary.
