Rates:
Daily rates imply a 24 hour reservation period, with 1 hour grace period. Weekly rates imply a 5-7 day reservation period, with a 1 hour grace period. Car Rental company will not refund any unused days if the vehicle is returned early.

Your rental quote excludes the price of mandatory fuel purchase. Your vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel, and you will be required to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
You will have the option to prepay for fuel at the rental counter. Please note that by paying this fuel purchase charge at time of rental you do not need to refuel the vehicle prior to your return and will not be charged any refueling service fees by us.
Insurances:
The vehicle only includes protection against third party liability limited to an amount equal to minimum limits specified by compulsory insurance or financial responsibility laws relating to automobile liability insurance in the state in which the Vehicle is rented (the “Primary Protection”).
The following information is a summary of additional insurance coverages available for rentals within the United States. The summary for each insurance product listed below is not intended as a substitute for the actual insurance policy governing each and is subject to all of the provisions, limitations and exclusions of each policy applicable at the time of the rental. Some of the following may not be available at all Company locations. The coverages, exclusions, costs and the provider of insurance may vary by Company location and are subject to change without notice.
LDW/CDW – Loss/Collision Damage Waiver
Rates do not include LDW/CDW, which eliminates the renter’s responsibility for any loss or damage to the Vehicle. The person signing a Rental Agreement (“Renter”) shall be absolutely responsible and liable for any loss of or damage to the rental vehicle (“Vehicle”), even if an additional Authorized Driver (“Authorized Driver”) being a defined term in the applicable Rental Agreement) or someone else caused it or if the cause is unknown, whether due to theft, fire, hail, flood, collision, vandalism or any other cause.
The Company offers, for an additional charge, the optional service of LDW. A Renter’s responsibility for any loss or damage to the Vehicle shall be waived by Company and eliminated if a Renter accepts the optional service of LDW at the time of rental and pays the applicable LDW charge and fully complies with the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement, including certain restrictions or prohibitions which may void LDW coverage. At a limited number of Company locations, partial or tiered LDW is offered for purchase. If a Renter has purchased partial or tiered LDW, Company will partially waive and partially eliminate the renter’s responsibility for any loss or damage to the Vehicle. Responsibility is waived and eliminated either above a fixed deductible amount or below a fixed amount.
LDW is not insurance. Before a Renter decides whether to purchase LDW, the Renter may wish to determine whether the Renter’s own insurance affords coverage for damage to the Vehicle and the amount of the deductible under the Renter’s insurance coverage. Likewise, coverage may be provided under credit cards issued to the Renter and the Renter should determine the existence of such coverage, along with the terms and scope of such coverage. The purchase of LDW is not mandatory and may be declined. Company does not accept as a substitute for its LDW, any similar product sold or purchased elsewhere. Full LDW can be purchased upon commencement of the rental at prevailing counter rates.
SLI – Supplemental Liability Insurance
If a Renter chooses to purchase SLI at the rental counter, within the United States at corporate locations operated by Company, the Renter and any additional Authorized Driver will be protected up to a maximum protection of $1,000,000 (U.S.) combined single limit per occurrence against third party liability claims arising out of the use or operation of the Vehicle for (i) bodily injury to or death of another (excluding any of Renter’s or any additional Authorized Driver’s family members related by blood, marriage or adoption residing with Renter or them); and (ii) property damage other than to the Vehicle or to the property of Renter and any additional Authorized Driver. This maximum protection includes the minimum limits specified by compulsory insurance or financial responsibility laws relating to automobile liability insurance in the state in which the Vehicle is rented (the “Primary Protection”). SLI can be purchased upon commencement of the rental at prevailing counter rates.
UMP – Uninsured Motorist Protection
UMP coverage provides Renter, any Authorized Driver and anyone else occupying the Vehicle while operated by Renter or an additional Authorized Driver, with coverage for injuries and damages caused by an owner or driver of an uninsured or underinsured third party vehicle, or additionally, a hit-and-run third party vehicle in Florida. This coverage is excess over any uninsured motorist insurance available to the renter and provides up to $1,000,000 combined single limit (non-stacked single limit in Florida) per occurrence. UMP can be purchased upon commencement of the rental at prevailing counter rates.
PPP – Personal Protection Plan
Company’s PPP option provides the Renter the benefits shown below in the event of accidental death or accidental injury to Renter and any passengers occurring during the rental of a Vehicle. If the Renter purchases the PPP option at the time of rental, the Renter is covered twenty-four (24) hours a day for all accidents, whether the Renter is actually in the Vehicle at the time of the accident. Passengers in the Vehicle are only covered for accidents occurring while they occupy the Vehicle. PPP is currently available for purchase at prevailing counter rates.
Benefits for non-New York originating rentals:
- Accidental Death: Renter - 100,000 USD; Each Passanger - 10,000 USD
- Accident Medical Expense up to: Renter - 1,000 USD, Each Passanger - 1,000 USD
- Accident Ambulance Expense up to: Renter - 100 USD; Each Passanger - 100 USD
Total benefits for any one accident are limited to an aggregate of $125,000.
Benefits for New York-originating rentals:
- Accidental Death: Renter - 175,000 USD; Each Passanger - 17,500 USD
- Accident Medical Expense up to: Renter - 3,500 USD; Each Passanger - 3,500 USD
- Accident Ambulance Expense up to: Renter - 150 USD; Each Passanger - 150 USD
Total benefits for any one accident are limited to an aggregate of $225,000.
Maximum benefits for loss or damage to personal property:
PPP also insures the personal effects of Renter and any member of the Renter’s immediate family traveling with Renter. A member of Renter’s immediate family must permanently reside in Renter’s household. PPP covers only personal effects with which Renter or Renter’s immediate family members are traveling. Benefits for New York originating rentals, the maximum benefits per person during the rental is $500 per person with a total maximum benefits for all persons during the rental of $1,500. Benefits for other than New York and Florida originating rentals, the maximum benefits per person during the rental is $650 per person with a maximum benefits for all persons during the rental of $1,950. PPP pays covered claims even if Renter’s homeowner’s policy provides coverage. Coverage is provided twenty-four (24) hours a day, whether the personal property is lost or damaged while in or out of the Vehicle.
Mileage restrictions:
Unlimited mileage rates have no restrictions on the number of miles you are allowed to drive if you have proof of a round trip ticket. However, certain geographical restrictions may still apply. Miles per day rates specify a maximum number of miles that you are allowed to accumulate. A per mile fee may be charged for any additional miles. There may be minimum/maximum rental periods.
Other Restrictions:
*Please note: In common with most car hire suppliers the insurance coverage does not cover damage to windows, wheels, tires, the roof, underside & interior of the vehicle, towing charges or damage caused negligently, willfully or recklessly.
Additional fees:
"You could be charged additional fees for cars returned at a different time or date from the original reservation. * Optional items (ie: child seats, etc.) are on a request basis only, for an additional fee."
Age restrictions:
Minimum driver age 21, except New York. New York minimum driver age is 18. No Maximum Driver Age. Drivers age 18-24 may be required to pay an additional fee locally. Additional drivers may incur additional fees.
Drivers Must:
* Renter and any additional drivers must present a full valid driver’s license at time of pick up held for a minimum of 1 year. Please note at the time of pick up the local supplier will require a security deposit to be left for the vehicle. This takes the form of an amount being blocked on the primary driver’s credit card. This amount will be returned in full at the end of the rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.
All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license.
Payment:
The voucher is not a Rental Agreement. When you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a Rental Agreement provided by car rental company and subject to local laws. The car rental voucher must be presented at the rental desk in order to guarantee the car rental rate is applied.
Required deposits:
All renters will be subject to a credit worthiness test, and must provide a major credit card in their name with a minimum of $350.00 line of available credit.
Residency restrictions:
Local residents may have additional restrictions. Please refer to the aforementioned “Drivers Must” clause for driver restrictions.
Falsifying information:
Falsifying information may void company liability and you may be responsible for any damages or injuries that may incur.
Fuel Policy:

Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the car rental booking confirmation date and at least 48 hours before pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the pickup time, all funds except a cancellation fee and the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pickup time, No Refund will be given.
No refunds will be given if you fail to collect the vehicle at your specified time or if you fail to meet the driving license, passport, credit card or other documentation requirements outlined in this voucher.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation for 48 hours after reservation, thereafter an administration fee of USD27 will apply. No cancellations are allowed after the car has been picked up. |
