4000PSI指的是CVT belt工作时所承受的拉力,这没有任何出奇的地方,4000psi=27.6MPa,约等于现在建筑钢筋中低等级的HRB300钢筋的十分之一。
如果是油压过1000PSI你的CVT变速箱就快要报废了,如果是工作时CVT内气压,你的CVT油尺早就喷飞出去了。
至于NISSAN的CVT的车,我自己有过3辆,家中至今还有一辆,所以正好对它有着比较深的了解。
配VQ35DE的 JF010E first puelly 油压上限为940kpa = 136PSI
second puelly油压上限为5880KPa=852PSi CVT内部pressure可以高达4000psi??如果这4000PSI指材料承压,那没有任何出奇的地方,如果指油压那就是天方夜谈了。

There are no flush machines that I'm aware of that can handle the pressure generated by the CVT (4800 psi). Even according to instructions, we may add a cleansing chemical to flush out the contaminants, but then we just drain and fill it. ” |
