flatbush 毛毛区那边目前还不看好， 治安差，你的车保险，房屋保险都要比别人贵的，买靠近毛毛区的地方你就要三思了！

You know why so many people are buying or have bought houses in North Shore, especially e.g Albany. They are all told that Eastern Suburbs are so dangerous. who told them this? Property Agencies. and yet, anyone knows the truth? no one.

property investment is surely a large amount of money, advices are everywhere, trust them or not are all depending on yourselves.

don't like flat blush...too close to islanders and the whole subrub seems so isolated..way too far from auckland city..last time i went there I felt like I am going to some kind of village!!!
