Designer/Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
Ø Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understandtheir lifestyle, preferences, and functional requirements for their kitchenspace.
Ø Gather information on constraints and timelineexpectations.
Ø Develop innovative and practical kitchen designs thatalign with client preferences and industry trends.
Ø Utilise design software and tools to create detailedplans, including layout, materials, and color schemes.
Ø Present design concepts to clients and incorporatefeedback into the final design.
Ø Recommend appropriate appliances,fixtures, and materialsbased on functionality and aesthetics.
Ø Work closely with the interiorteam, contractors, andvendors to ensure the smooth execution of design plans.
Ø Provide support during the construction and installationphases to address any design-related issues.
Ø Develop accurate cost estimatesfor proposed kitchendesigns, considering materials, labor, and other associated costs.
Ø Address client inquiries and concerns promptly andprofessionally.
Skills Required
Ø Experience as an Interior OR Kitchen Designer with aportfolio showcasing successful projects
Ø Proficiency in design softwaresuch as Sketchup Or 20-20Design
Ø Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
Ø Fluent inChinese and English
Ø Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously andmeet deadlines
Ø Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations
Ø Maintain clear and consistent communication with clientsthroughout the design and implementation process |
