My principal place of residence is not in the Howick Local Board (Pakuranga Subdivision) area.
I am 33 years old, married with two sons. I am a business owner, and a columnist with local ethnic media, I have been living in New Zealand for 15 years. My life purpose is inspiring and empowering people to live their potential.
I love New Zealand and especially South Eastern suburbs.
I felt the anguish of people who were disconnected from other communities, and I decided to use my expertise to be the bridge, to help all communities connect with each other, solve problems and thrive together in the same society we share.
I am enthusiastic to be the voice of small business and society. I'm compassionate to people who need help, to unfairness and crimes I am a staunch fighter against them.
As part of the East Vision team, we will focus on Environment, Arts & Culture, Safety, and Transport for our local community.
Why are you standing for this position?
In Howick here is a large number of Chinese residents, that they don't know the existence of Local Board, Howick had a few Chinese local board members but they were not active, the Chinese community is kind of disconnected with local issues and other communities in this area. I want to change that.
What do you love most about the area you are seeking to represent?
Howick has traditional culture, along with new immigrants culture, different religions and people, it is so diverse but peaceful, it is the best place for living.
What will your priorities be if you're elected?
Promoting local businesses with more local events.
