别废话了，那你多买点。家里所有非房子以外的 资产全部贩卖，各种能贷的贷款都弄起来。1000倍杠杆入市

这个是肯定的，各种中介先被淘汰一批

If most people are excluded from buying NZ houses, there are not many people left, really.

Excluded people:
1) Resident visa - can't buy, if not here for 2 years.
2) Student, worker visas - can't buy.
3) Permanent Resident Visa - if you leave the country, and not here for more than 183 days in a year, can't buy

People who can buy are:
1) people who don't much money and local people
2) people on benefits
3) sellers waiting for buyers

Unintended consequences:

-Some of the Development projects in Auckland will stop, as they can't even sell them to overseas buyers. Only waiting for the locals to come for a bargain. Bank won't give out loan for development projects (eg bridging loan) if the buyers (majority) are "overseas people"
- Most real estate agencies will lose sales persons.
- Property related industries will get hard hit
- government holding 3rd party (agent, conveyancer) responsible (liable) for certifying the person is not overseas people will make people walk away from giving the service.  
- immigration and student number will decrease for sure, no point to come to this country if their main intention is to migrate.
- Government rather than increasing the supply of houses will find little incentive for developer to go in development if there is little profit to be made..... shoting their own feet.
