挖开房子四周做防水和排水，有人能做或者知道多少钱吗？

this is not the type of job you can go for "cheap one". There will be a few people quoting you different prices, telling you how it will work etc. theory sounds all good, but it might not solve your problem as no one is able to offer you the guarantee.

whoever quote you "cheap" can finish the job, water will still go in once it rains continually for 3-4 days.....

Reality is you might have to dig at least few metre down, lay down the french drain, waterproof the wall etc.... all these are not difficult, the problem is your house might now be covered by decks, trees ( Very narrow) that make machine difficult to go in etc ( or for human to do the digging)

i know in Canada, they use a system to drain out ( installing a pumping machine) the water once water go in and reach a level to trigger the machine to pump. This is done by digging the internal walls rather than exterior walls and set up a draining system internally.

Why do i know all these?

i encountered the same problem before and do some research on this topic and talked to a few people in this areas.

My property is now ripe for development, so i don't be bothered anymore. the house will be removed soon.

我家也是地下室漏水，想问下你做好花了多少钱呢？之前我问了一家报价要2万多，因为挖开挡土墙很贵。。。
