你说的是hobsonville的community吗?
hobsonville point啊,没错。还有一个业主委员会,此外还有个所有业主的年度会议,讨论小区事务之类的,结果文件都在网上。
比如这是最近一次的委员会提名
HOBSONVILLE POINT RESIDENTS SOCIETY COMMITTEE NOMINEES
YVONNE BULL
Yvonne works locally as a teacher. She has been a resident for two years and is impressed with the friendliness of the neighbours and local residents in the area. Yvonne loves the concept of Hobsonville Point, the community, the boardwalks, the artwork, the yacht club, the markets and being so close to the motorway.
She has been an active member of the HPRS for a year and would like to continue to represent the residents of Hobsonville Point. Yvonne is interested in continuing the community spirit, which makes Hobsonville Point unique.
Yvonne would like to endorse and support the principles of the Hobsonville Resident Street Initiative to keep Hobsonville Point a safe and happy place. She would like to ensure that the high standards, which have already been set in place in Hobsonville Point, are maintained.
SHAMEEM CHALCROFT
Originally from the UK, I recently moved to New Zealand with my Kiwi husband, Meads, and our toddler son Freddie, in early 2016. Initially setting up home in Royal Oak and after much house hunting, we discovered the community of Hobsonville Point and recently bought our house, and I am now looking forward to settling here and making a difference in the community.
I have worked as a Project Manager in IT for over 10 years, currently working for Bidvest in Greenlane. Also, held the post of Director and then Chairman of a residential apartment block, when we lived in London. I have a natural tendency and enjoyment of organisation, communication, and management. In my spare time I enjoy time with my family and discovering new places to visit in NZ, baking cakes, playing the piano, skiing and organising socials with friends and family.
RAEWYN GILMOUR
I am a retired secondary school teacher of Classical Studies with a BA from Auckland University majoring in Ancient History and Anthropology. I have had wide experience in educational administration. I am a Director and the Administrator of our publishing company Polygraphia Ltd and have been engaged in writing and producing educational resources. I also have a particular interest in the design of homes and gardens.
I have been an active member of the Hobsonville Point Residents Society Committee for a year. I will continue to contribute to the administration of the Society and promote initiatives for the benefit of the Members and the community. It is important to have an organisation which seeks to develop social interaction, meaningful communication, harmony and quality in everyday life for the residents of Hobsonville Point.
SUE HEGGIE
Sue has been in education all her life. She was an English teacher and then Deputy Principal and moved on to tertiary education in 1996. With a BA in English, a Diploma in Teaching and a Master of Education, she has worked at Massey and The University of Auckland. Formerly Director of School Partnerships, currently she is managing scholar support at AUT for two days a week as well as working at the HP info centre at the weekends.
In her spare time Sue writes her blog, www.fluffygeorge.co.nz and is a founding member of the Under The Radar HP book club. Sue has the time, energy and skills to contribute enthusiastically to the HP Society. She is passionate about the development of the area and is keen to help the society contribute to events across all ages, especially in the arts area. Sue will also be knitting furiously for the pohutakawa tree's new outfit. Sue is a widow and proud mother of son Sam and lives in the Squadron Terraces.
PETER HERBERT
As a Qualified Engineer I have owned and run my own Engineering Companies for the past 40 years, now semi-retired I still do Consulting Work into the Manufacturing Industry.
Previously I held a number of Governance role in both the Engineering and Tertiary Training Sectors, most recently as Chairman of the Apprentice Training New Zealand Trust.
I have been on the HPRS Committee since its inception and am the current Chairman.
Married to Barbara, we have two daughters and 3 grandchildren.
We moved to Hobsonsville Point nearly 4 years ago drawn by the concept of this proposed community and have not been disappointed.
My vision for Hobsonville Point is to further build on this concept to create the most liveable community in the country.
LEANNE SILVER
My name is Leanne Silver. I have lived on the North Shore for most of my life and we moved into our new home at Hobsonville Point just under a year ago. I love being able to walk to the farmers’ market on the weekends and I enjoy the coastal walkway with our two dogs almost every day. I am committed to the vision of Hobsonville Point and am very excited to be part of this vibrant community as it develops.
I have a Bachelor of Education and my background is in music teaching and administration, including event management and social media. My husband and I are the parents of five adult children and we have three grand-children. In my spare time I like to blog, cook, play read and play my guitar.
JOAN VUJCICH
I have been involved in the Property Development Sector for the last thirty years. My introduction to Hobsonville Point is selling Waterford on Hobsonville Point Retirement Village.
Hobsonville Point is a showcase for Community Living; I would like to ensure the high standards which has been delivered to date is maintained.
