I have worked in 6 companies in 22 years doing software development. I think the most important thing for a worker to select the company is money. I made some mistakes about trusting the companies's future. That is useless. The company can fire employee as the boss wish. They can hire you today and let you go next week. More money company offers , the better the company will treat you. If the company only pays nzd50k to do software development and the company won't give you great job compare to the same company give another programmer at salary nzd100k. The most critical/important job the company gave to employee is same importance to other company. If got such job experience, the employee will have huge demand in the job market.
To summarize, just pickup the highest salary which company offers. The company a will treat you really well if the company pays you nzd100k compare to other company b offers nzd50k. The company b might offer you a big dream to say great career instead and trust me that is rubbish. |
