鸡这个表态，根本就是不痛不痒。不管当政党还是在野党，代表的都是本地白人利益，关键时刻不可能帮着华人。他这个表态实际还是等于承认了工党对华人买房的判断。海外买还是国内买，不是重点，是华人就可以了

不清楚你说的个人增值税是不是就是Capital Gains Tax. 如果是的话这个税种在我们的邻居澳大利亚就有。
但我想你也清楚悉尼和墨尔本的房价。下面摘录了澳洲政府对于CGT的一点解释。
Capital gains tax
A capital gain or capital loss on an asset is the difference between what it cost you and what you receive when you dispose of it.
You pay tax on your capital gains. It forms part of your income tax and is not considered a separate tax – though it's referred to as capital gains tax (CGT).
If you make a capital loss, you can't claim it against income but you can use it to reduce a capital gain in the same income year. And if your capital losses exceed your capital gains in an income year, you can generally carry the loss forward and deduct it against capital gains in future years.
All assets you’ve acquired since tax on capital gains started (on 20 September 1985) are subject to CGT unless specifically excluded.
Most personal assets are exempt from CGT, including your home, car, and most personal use assets, such as furniture. CGT also doesn’t apply to depreciating assets used solely for taxable purposes, such as business equipment or fittings in a rental property.
If you’re an Australian resident, CGT applies to your assets anywhere in the world. Foreign residents make a capital gain or capital loss if a CGT event happens to an asset that is 'taxable Australian property'.

很多人都喜欢用 澳洲也禁止外国人买房 澳洲也有资本利得税 房价不是还是照涨 之类的话来证明调控没有用

1 澳洲如果没有这样的政策，房价不知道更要涨到哪个天上去了
2 新西兰如果出台这些政策，房价也许一样会涨，但至少会逐渐稳定一个时期
3 在政治上可以给不满的社会大众一个交代，不要把矛头指向无辜的本地华人
4 在社会公平正义上，更加合理，没有理由房产增值1年20万不需要缴税，辛辛苦苦挣最低工资的反而要缴税 没有理由让本地人和恐怖的海外热钱竞争（其中不知道多少是中国反贪之后逃出来的游资），因为根本不公平，不对等
5 好多投机者、房产中介，既得利益者都在嘲讽，这些政策没有用的啦，吧啦吧啦的，呵呵，没用你们慌什么！

工党其实很聪明，jk也很聪明。

但都不如skykiwi华人聪明。我说的聪明是转移焦点矛盾的聪明，聪明如skykiwi上的既得利益者高呼某某某没用下届投选票给某某，一时多少豪杰啊。

哎妈，不说了，该去工地搬砖了。

你说的这个只是针对投资房的税收。澳洲没有对自住房卖房征税。
但奥克兰房市如果继续爆高，政府最坏打算是自住房卖房也需要交税，但计算起来很复杂，可能是根据个人工资税务情况以及卖房的价格计算。
2011年John Key就为了征税跟工党吵，当时他还说反对征税。结果今年他国家党10月也开始实行对投资房征卖房税了，这苗头儿以后可能会牵扯自住房卖房都交税。他说话就像泡沫，我当年把选票都投他了，现在看看国家党政策自相矛盾，局势有些混乱。
当然，10月政策执行还是正确的，就是有些晚了，搞的奥克兰房价混乱

The good news is that we can turn the situation around. We can deal with the fundamental issues driving the home affordability crisis.  Not just with rinky-dink schemes, but with sound long-term solutions to an issue that has long-term implications for New Zealand’s economy and society.

National has a plan for doing this and we will be resolute in our commitment to the goal of ensuring more young Kiwis can aspire to buy their own home.
