支持你。有些人是欲盖弥彰。
I'm not trying to hide anything.
I simply want to discuss everything out in the open.
If anyone have any concrete support that build foundation at winter is bad, please share it.
There is houses build through out all seasons during the year, FB, Albany et.. I certainly didn't aware there is particularly more houses build at FB during winter.
I used to do some consulting at council in the building consent and regulatory project, I personally talked to many key stakeholders in council around the building consent and CCC process, therefore I know council is extremely serious in keeping every piece of building record and documents bullet proof under the law. They really don't want lose more money to leaky buildings.
Besides, there is someone with geotechinal engerring knowledge commented above around this topic too. Should we listen to professional opinion or internet rumours?
I'm really not looking to pick a fight here. If I offended anyone I apologise. And if I'm happy to discuss any viewpoints. |
