What`s the point of crying about it afterwards while you could have taught the sucker a lesson on the spot. I wonder if he would have talked to you the same way if you were a kiwi customer, or if you could have just let it go if you were in a chinese restaurant. Way to you on your attitude of saving trouble but having your family going through the humiliation in public, I mean grab the mint off your little daughter`s hand and just let her cry?! What do you have to say to your daughter as a father? What you taught your child is to walk away from confrontation even if you did nothing wrong. It`s exactly attitude like this makes some people think asians are easily walked over coz they`re too afraid to speak up. They had the voucher on the book for people to use, unless there is a condition on the voucher demanding minimum spending money, they had no right to treat their customers like shit. Throwing the shit back at his face would have been the right thing to do. |
