maybe the drawing he showed me is the original plan, then changed before submit to council.

i just sent another email to double check this....

I have reviewed the information on the building consent the owners at 8 Chapman Road received to build the dwelling.  I see that it was reviewed by a planner and no height in relation to boundary infringements were noted.  Therefore resource consent was not required and the application did not have to be notified to the neighbouring properties.

一样可以造，只是你们签字他们可以造稍微宽点，不签字就按原计划遵守council 要求即可
