hmmm........ if you don't declare finance condition is met on the day you have to declare, the vendor can cancel agreement. Vendor's lawyer must be waiting until last min to cancel the agreement.....
It will be a difficult case for you if you don't declare unconditional and vendor jump in to cancel agreement on due date.
With property price increasing every week, not suprise this thing is happening...... not suprise at all !!!
i normally ask my lawyer to declare any condition a day before and see the letter myself, it happens before.... One case fight till supreme court and lost just because vendor lawyer requires settlement by bank cheque and purchaser lawyer use direct bank credit and agreement was cancelled.
