2013房价见顶？

不过 做预测比没有预测好， 不同的声音总是要有。 但是 技术分析也要靠谱。 我不懂技术， 不懂骨灰市。 可是， 觉得在图表上画线来分析得出的结论不觉得靠谱， 因为在过去的图上画线，然后总结个一二三看似技术，　实际有违我的common sense。
我的问题：１.　新西兰房市是完全的市场产品吗？　２.　分析图表不需要分析背后的原因吗？　比方说，　９１年，　９８年，　０８年见底的原因？

每一个市场产品的涨跌都有背后复杂的原因。如果你不懂骨灰市，不懂技术分析，就不要撑能，没人当你是哑巴！你的上家想乘电梯，你也想乘电梯吗？纽西兰可没有像中国那么多的高楼大厦，高大的电梯也就那几个曲指可数的！

  Be honest, after i read wt u written,  I wanna say what the hell you r talking about ?  ,5,8, 13,,?  even the house price off the peak in next year, it still cant prove that your theory is right. Because your structure is too weak. more like the ppl who did those earth quake prediction.

Thank you. Maybe you are right. It is hard to understand about 5,8,13... Wave theory isn't easy to be proved. But it is no good place for proving it. And now I think it's too late to talk this problem in this place. If we have any chances, we talk it again. Thanks a lot.

The wave principle is only one of my tools for deciding the house price. Although it is hard,but it can be understand. I also use my system of technical analysis. It is very difficult to understand. Sorry about that.

有房的盼着涨，没有房的盼着跌，其实长远的看房价只会长不会跌，但把利率的因素加上去，如果贷款多的话，银行才是大赢家。所以说是越有钱的越富，苦的是那些砸锅卖铁买房的。费力的付房贷其实都便宜银行了。

便宜银行最后能捞个房子，总比便宜房东最后啥也没有的强吧。。。。
不过话说回来便宜房东的 可能手里比较容易有闲钱。。。
