Yep...so long you happy...who cares...that's me...weight control is important but not to the point lost yourself and feeling miserable...ha ha...I am happy...so...8kg i can carry...ha ha

aslong as i can hide it under the layers i'm happy! its not like i'm ever gonna wear a bikini again with all the stretch marks! argh

ha ha...clothing is meant to make you happy and feel good about yourself. If you are happy and content. why not? I am carrying extra 8kg. I am still very happy about myself and my body. It's a state of mind. We are never going to go back the body we used to have before after giving birth.

But celeberties are different story. They got money, they can train with personal trainer. We dont have the luxury...ha ha...so just be happy...

ok i'm still a lil image conscious....
the bikini (the first and only one i've ever bought) i bought that is meant for my honeymoon, which i never got to wear coz i fell pregnant shortly after my wedding and never got a chance to go on my honeymoon. anyway, i took the bikini out last week, and it's way too small for a lactating mother lol. sigh....and i actually have 2 kg less fresh than my pre-pregnant body...

ha ha...Bikini actually in Europe is widely worn by all shapes and sizes women. So if you think you are over size, think again. You are just right. In Spain, I personally saw really large women on beach wear bikini sun baking...shame or not. It's just not part of their culture feel shame about their body. Over here, we are overly concious about our body all the time. It's almost become social problem. extreme diet, drastic body change all make ppl feel ill.

I am actually happy how i look now. I am 61kg or 62kg at the mo. you can call me large but I think I am even happier than before. ha ha ...who cares...

And do not throw away your bikni. you are lactating at the moment. Once it's done. ask your hubby to take your to Europe, you will find yourself is very slim over there...ha ha...so bring out your bikini and you will be fine:-)
