We have an exciting new role as Help Desk Technician in our IT Department. This role will be the first point of contact by providing first level technical software, hardware and network problem resolution service to all users as well as documenting, tracking and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution.
You will have a tertiary qualification in IT, will ideally be MS MCSE Certified and will be at Tier 1-2 level with about 4 years practical IT experience. Specifically you will be have proven experience in supporting Windows PC-based operating systems and applications running on advanced Microsoft network, including Microsoft Outlook and Office suite, Citrix, MS Project, Lync, SCCM, and SharePoint. Experience will also include modifying computer, user, and group objects in Active Directory, troubleshooting file access and networking issues.
You will be a team player with a great customer service ethic. Your passion for IT will see you keeping up with new technology and applications as you progress your career.
