是呀！如果这就是她服务和工作的态度，那她还真不应该在这个岗位上做！不想丢工作，就对提供你工作的人，也就是我们顾客，态度好一点，并且提供基本的服务！

Use your True Rewards Card in store.
If you prefer to hit the shops, you can use your True Rewards Card to pay for purchases using the EFTPOS machine at participating True Rewards partners. Simply press the ‘credit’ button and either sign for your rewards or enter your PIN. You can load a PIN at any ASB branch. To find out which partners accept your True Rewards Card, just look out for the card symbol as you flick through this guide.

ASB, 有些近40岁左右的华人前台真的态度很一般。
不过上次发生的一件不开心的事情是针对个新洋人前台在实习，所以操作不好，我也知道她在实习，我就很耐心的把话说了三四次，我身边朋友还说我真啰嗦~0~ 后来，就真的出错了，我还需要再去另一个分行把事情解决了再把实习生做错的再说一次。当时实习生旁边还有个教她的老资历员工，也没做好，所以真是啰嗦也没用。
