他们的速度很快,电话打过去4天后人家就立马回复了. ps: 发现了以后技术服务电话可以在8点以后打,打电话的人少,而且接电话的人态度是相当的认真!!!
以下是回复我的的内容
Dear Johnny,
New broadband and telephone equipment has been installed in your area. This work has been carried out in order to shorten the length of the copper line that broadband and telephone services are delivered over. Unfortunately, as we have found after investigation you are now getting interference on your line which is causing slower speeds than normal. To rectify this we will move you off of our equipment in the exchange onto the new equipment in the local cabinet.
What will this mean for you?
You can still expect to receive great service from us and no extra charges will be applied to your account. Important things to note include:
- Your monthly base fee will remain the same
- Your phone number will not change
- You'll still have amount of to use each month
- You’ll continue to have access to the smart phone features (voicemail, caller ID and call waiting)
- There will be a short period (up to four hours) during which your broadband and telephone service will not work on the day that you are moved over
- Your invoice will look different to what you usually receive as we’ll need to make manual credit adjustments
What will you need to Change?
You will need to be aware of a few minor changes:
- You’ll need to re-enter your modem username and password – if you’re unsure how to do this you can us on 0800 13 14 15
- Voicemail - The way that your voicemail works will change. This will mean that messages on the previous system will be lost during the change over and you will need to set up your voicemail again. Please see the attached voicemail user guide for instructions.
When will it happen?
The change over will occur in the next 2 weeks. We will be in contact by email to confirm the exact day with you, so that you can prepare for any disruption this may cause.
Remember, when we change you over you’ll be unable to use your home phone or broadband for up to four hours, although in most circumstances this will be less than one hour.
