请教红酒问题

I have been in Australia, USA & Canada but New Zealand wine, I believe, is the best wine selection in the world. Red wine I would recommend Central Otago Pinot Noir like Gibbston Valley, Mt Difficulty & other brands. Also Syrah is become popular now. I would like to recommend Hatton Estate Syrah. Hatton Estate Vinyards are located in Hawkes Bay/Napier area. I really like Tahi Merlot Cabernet Sauv from Hatton Estate. Tahi(tah-hee) is the native New Zealand Maori word for the number. They are limited producing around 2500 bottles every year & number-marked at label of bottles. Their winemaker told me that one bottle of Tahi is now sold around US$1000 at some of 5 star hotels in Beijing. You can go to visit www.hattonestate.com & get knowing them. It's really nice wine. 友情忠告，新西兰红/白酒在中国的销售并不好，而且相较其他国家红酒，没有竞争优势，利润非常薄。本人今年也略有涉及，所以根据个人的体会友情提醒一下

我上面推薦的這個酒莊老闆同時也經營酒店業，他是當今紐西蘭總理的老友，之前也曾隨同海倫前總理訪華過，因此對中國一直相當友好。

红酒每个酒庄都有好酒，每种葡萄不同的酒庄，酒桶。都是不同的。想喝或者想品点红酒就先就不同品种的葡萄酿的酒喝起，在喝不同的酒庄，每次喝完来个小笔记。不出半年就能找到适合自己口感的酒了，然后配合着心情。呵呵。不信你试试！
