本地正规大型电脑及元件供货企业,因业务拓展,现诚征电脑元配件检测员,应征者必须具备新西兰合法工作签证,主要工作是对客人退回来的产品进行检查并回复,所以应聘者须具备流利的英文口语和读写能力。请发送英文CV,合则约见。 Main Responsibilities · Handle and manage day-to-day warranty productsending and receiving activities with customers. · Regular stocktake of faulty and used stock andclearance. · Assist Customer Service/Returns with RA andCredit Authorization processing as needed. · Work closely with internal departments such asSales, Warehouse, & Product Managers as required. Required Skills and Experience · Some experience in logistics / warehouse andcustomer service support is a bonus. · Good written and verbal communication skills inEnglish. · Have the ability to be a team player workingwith diverse group and ability to work independently under minimal supervision. · Work well with dynamic requirements andpriorities · Attention to detail and committed to managingproblems through resolution. · Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word,Excel and Outlook is necessary. · Have a general understanding of credit and debitnote processes. · IT product knowledge would be useful.
