We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic and growing construction team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in cost management who is ready to take the next step in their career.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 编制和管理项目成本估算、预算及工程量清单。
  Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.

• 进行成本分析、风险评估及价值工程，确保项目经济高效。
  Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering to ensure project efficiency.

• 与客户、承包商、供应商及内部团队沟通，跟进项目成本情况。
  Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to monitor project costs.

• 管理进度索赔、变更及最终结算。
  Manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

• 提供准确、及时的成本报告和预测，支持管理层决策。
  Provide accurate, timely cost reporting and forecasting to support management decisions.

• 确保所有工作符合新西兰相关标准、法规及公司政策。
  Ensure all work complies with relevant NZ standards, regulations, and company policies.

岗位要求 / Requirements

• 至少 3 年在新西兰担任QS的相关工作经验。
  Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in New Zealand.

• 具备新西兰QS本科及以上学历。
  Relevant tertiary qualification or above in Quantity Surveying.

• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件及相关 QS 软件。
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QS software.

• 熟悉新西兰 NZS3910/3916 合同及本地建筑法规。
  Strong knowledge of NZS3910/3916 contracts and NZ building regulations.

• 具备出色的沟通、谈判及分析能力。
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• 能够独立工作并具备良好的团队协作精神。
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
