Daily Tasks：You’ll need extensive experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, alongside strong analytical abilities to track performance and make data-driven decisions. A deep understanding of digital marketing principles is crucial, paired with excellent project management skills to oversee multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll also demonstrate leadership within a team, helping with training and strategy while ensuring effective communication across internal stakeholders.

Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Develop and present digital marketing strategies for clients.
Shaping the Google Paid Ads knowledge in your peers.
Shaping the marketing strategy of the client’s digital direction.
Train and develop digital marketing knowledge
Manage client relationships

Skills：

2 years + experience in digital marketing roles
Google Paid Ad's and/or SEO experience and technical knowledge
Exposure to B2C environment favorable
Highly driven, have the ability to multitask with an attention to detail
Digital marketing knowledge in a commercially savvy way
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Emotional intelligence
Enjoy growing clients' businesses and practical results
Fluent in English and Chinese
