Looking for residential site manager
2 years experience in residential project, foundation trade and civil commercial subdivision project would be merit
On a daily basis duty includes:
Lead by example
- Report the director and project manager
- Explore ways to enhance own and team’s way of working for the benefit of the business
- communicate directly with client and client team with English and Chinese
- Be able to write and respond email in English
- placing order with QS in head office
- Scope jobs prior to your team arriving onsite, make necessary changes in consultation with the Supervisor/Engineer
Contribute to daily briefings
Maintain a daily diary, RFI, weekly report,keeping accurate records for hourly paid employees, materials & equipment
