ABOUT THE ROLE This role is to supervise and manage carpentry teams on assigned projects. You must be able to work with people, helping them grow in their development, while providing leadership, guiding teams to be successful at what they do best, carpentry. Your work ethic must align with our Company values of Leadership, Integrity and Relationships. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate and schedule teams to worksites
- Oversee site operations, ensuring daily success
- Oversee the delivery of on the job training
- Ensure plant is tracked and with the right project
- Maintain sites with a particular focus on quality and health and safety
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections
- Manage client relationships, developing new opportunities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong trade background
- At least 2-3 years' experience as a Foreman
- Computer Literate and IT savvy
