**Qualifications and Skills:**
- A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and financial management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legal aspects.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools such as cost estimating software, project management tools, and Microsoft Excel.

Entry-Level Design and Sales Associate for Cabinet Maker
**Role and Responsibilities:**
Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients in our showroom, providing them with information about our cabinet products and design options.
Design Assistance: Collaborate with experienced designers to assist clients in selecting cabinet styles, materials, and finishes that meet their needs and preferences.Sales Support: Learn and contribute to the sales process by assisting in preparing quotations, proposals, and supporting sales representatives in their efforts to close deals.
Product Knowledge: Continuously build your knowledge of our cabinet products, customization options, and industry trends.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client's journey, from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties related to sales and design activities, such as record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and order processing.No prior experience required; we are looking for candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the design and sales field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for design and home improvement. Customer-focused attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet client needs.Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
