• Be the first point of contact for visitors and students and greet visitors in a warm and welcoming manner. 以热情欢迎的态度接待来访家长和学生。
• Responding to and resolving WeChat inquiries. 回复和解决客服微信收到的咨询和投诉。
• Coordination of services between coaches and clients. 在教练和客人之间协调,了解学员上课情况并定期总结学员学习进度反馈给家长。
• Managing calendars for course/trial lessons booking in an efficient manner. 在系统中为学员安排排课。
• Provide administrative support 协助处理一些办公室行政工作。
