Site Manager

C&L Developments is looking for a site manager (all levels of experience considered) for its property development and construction business.



The requirement for the role:

1. Can legally works in NZ
2. Have an nz driver's licence
3. Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese
4. Ability to understand the complexity of drawings and ensure work is completed to specification.
5. Takes accountability, demonstrating reliability and professionalism
6. Ability to operate independently and be responsible for project outcomes
7. Experience in the construction sector
