We are seeking energetic, high performing humans to join the Funds Management division of the Du Val Group. Our Funds Management division plays an integral role in our goal of developing 1000 homes per year in Auckland. Basic financial acumen is essential, property experience preferred. Applicants will need to be highly engaged, great communicators and prepared to challenge themselves. You'll work with a range of wholesale investors and be able to distinguish the high-level investors from the regular ones, knowing exactly how to manage and communicate with each. This is a fast-paced role that provides serious earning potential. You'll receive mentoring and training from one of New Zealand's most successful large scale residential property investors and developers and will be part of an incredibly supportive team. Sales experience necessary. Any Finance, Capital Raising, Compliance and Property experience is helpful. - Excellent communication skills
- Fluent Mandarin & English (preferably native Mandarin speaking with good English)
- Have a proactive approach to learning and takes initiative
- Detailed-oriented and results driven
