年底的学校假期我不在奥克兰，因此希望能为我的房间找一个租客，公寓位于奥克兰市中心，紧邻奥大，交通生活非常方便；家具一应俱全，拎包入住；由于目前有一个室友（女生）所以希望新的租客最好也是女生

1 V2 X9 }, d+ v, ~3 DI’m looking for someone (preferably female) to rent my room from the first half of Nov 2021 to mid-Feb 2022 while I’m not in Auckland. I’m going home for the holidays after I finish my exams this semester. This is a short term stay, and you will be living with my roommate who’s a postgrad student and will most likely be working throughout Christmas.

•Located on Symonds St in CBD, it’s right by the UOA, AUT, supermarkets and such. It’s right by Queens St too.
•Rent is $205 per week, excluding bills and other expenses
•Move in cost is one week of rent in advance
