这个算欺诈吗？

• 我们这里是一个小区，卖家（或称为发展商）在小区入口处立了2块板，上写：这个区域是处于24小时VIDEO监控下。前段时间我们花园丢了些东西，写邮件去问是否可以查看录像，回复说没有录像，但是一些住户有录像。这是什么话啊？我觉得他这个不是在误导大家买他的地嘛？ 这算什么呀？这种算商业欺诈吗？

是啊，感觉是不是挺搞笑

不能算是欺诈吧？有些只是吓唬小偷的。。。不过你应该可以投诉物业

虽然觉得你举的例子不恰当，但还是觉得你这是神回复，所以赞一个。

if you are induced to buying the property because there is security camera, then it is misleading advertisement.

But, if it doesnot make any different, whether there is security camera or not and you still want to buy the property and your decision is not based on security camera, then it is not misleading advertisement.

Just like the "wife biscuit"(老婆饼) example, your decision is to eat the biscuit whether you receive a wife or not. But, if you believe you will receive a wife by buying the biscuit, i think you can go to disputes tribunal and ask the referee to award you a wife from the biscuit seller.

最多也许在门口有一个摄像头,那也不是你想看就能看的
