今天收到一封其他公寓的主人的信
We are a group of concerned owners who believe the complex is not being managed in the best interests of the owners.
Developers have invoiced the Body Corporate $127,750 for BC fees, plus other invoices for repairs of lifts and garage doors which should be covered by warranty. The current committee spent $506.00 on dinner and charged it to the BC.
The only way to change this is to vote a new committee in who live on site.
If you cannot attend the AGM would you please fill out the proxy form and email it back.
