On sunday morning at around 11:30am my handbag was snatched from me whilst walking home. I was on shorwell st very close to sandringham road. 4 men in a white hatchback. One ran up behind me and ripped my bag of me while the other 3 were in the car waiting. I chased him as he jumped in the car and continued to run after the car. Police were called and havent been able to do much with this because of the little evidence i had. I feel so angry about this situation and am finding it hard to trust that i will be ok walking anywhere in the day time. Anyway this is an awareness to you all to stay safe and aware. I cannot identify the men at all as it happend so fast. My handbag was later found by a lovely lady with all contents except of course wallet and $. These men seriously need help if they are that desperate to steal handbags of women.
