請問有人在2degrees Call Centre 上班嗎? 有的話可以分享一下他們的面試方式嗎?

You will be asked some general questions as part of your application, as well as some questions relating to the role you're applying for 。。。

The first interview will be with the leader for the role and a member of the Talent team. It will be a behavioural & skills based interview

You may be invited to complete some ability and psychometric assessments, or attend an assessment centre

call centre is not fun!!  could be a very stressful environment!   but good luck,  they might have role play.
