父母团聚移民EOI表格中Section E关于语言的问题：
没有考过雅思之类的，是想交钱上语言的，不知道下面两个应该选哪个选项啊

我是准备帮父母递申请，不找中介。这个是应该我来填写我的信息还是只有合法的中介机构才能填写的内容？

2) declaratin by person assisting应该you来填写我的信息 if you've helped translating and writing the form, doesn't need to be agent unless you are "seeking" immigration advice from agent, then agent need to write in this part
