提早结束定期租赁

除非房东与承租人双方同意，或租赁仲裁法庭指示可以这样做，否则您不能终止定期租赁。终止日期就载明于租赁合约中。

假如有以下情形的话，租赁仲裁法庭可下令提早结束定期租赁：

•发生严重违反租赁合约的行为；
•承租人收到承租人不可预知的大幅提高租金的通知，而遭遇(或将造成)严重困难；

•根据《2010年单元房产权法案》，该租赁为业主管理委员会经营规定管理， 承租人因这些规定的改变而受到不 利影响，若继续租赁对该承租人将不合理。
